Welcome Coffee: from 15:00 - 15:30.

Welcome Cocktail: from 20:30 to 23:00.

Wednesday, 4th June:

Welcome Coffee: from 08:00 - 08:30.

Thursday, 5th June:

Welcome Coffee: from 08:00 - 08:30.

Gala Dinner in Museo Thyssen from 19:30 to 24:00.
Dress code: Smart casual

INFORMATION DESK
Participants can pick up their personal Event material at the information desk, which will be open as follows:
Tuesday 3rd June: 15:00 -19:30.
Wednesday 4th June: 08:30h -18:00.
Thursday 5th June: 08:00h - 18:00.
Friday, 6th June: 07:00h - 14:30.
The Technical Secretariat will be available to assist you during the Event.

The official language of the event is English.

BADGES
Participants and accompanying persons are obliged to wear the official Event badges on all occasions. FGD staff will wear blue lanyards and Viajes El Corte Inglés staff will wear green lanyards.
